LCSW/LCPC Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in all scheduled team meetings and group supervisions.
- Maintain necessary CEUs needed within 2 year renewal period
- Attend and participate in our fundraising events
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of the group practice.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients utilizing various therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25-28 clients per week.
Experience
- Must hold a current LCPC or LCSW licensure.
- Must hold current Malpractice Insurance w/ Genesis as an additionally insured
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, professionals, colleagues, and families.
- Willingness to collaborate with others, clinical experience, receptive to feedback from supervisors, commitment to underserved communities are required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Schedule
- Must be available to work a minimum of three evenings per week. Alternatively, you may work two evenings per week until 9 pm and on Saturdays.
- Must be present in the office for 35 hours per week, including marketing tasks.
Work Setting
- In-person
- Telehealth sessions must be held at the GTC office.
- No remote days unless approved by the supervisor and Executive Director.
- 1099 Independent Contractor employment status

LSW/LPC Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities

- Attend and participate in weekly supervision with your assigned supervisor.
- Maintain necessary CEUs needed within 2 year renewal period
- Attend and participate in our fundraising events
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of the group practice.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients utilizing various therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25-28 clients per week.
- Must complete all required training i.e., HIPAA, Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment
Experience
- Must hold an LPC or LSW licensure.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, professionals, colleagues, and family.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Schedule
- Must be available to work a minimum of three evenings per week. Alternatively, you may work two evenings until 9 pm and on Saturdays.
- Must be present in the office for a total of 35 hours per week, which includes marketing tasks.
