LCSW/LCPC Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Attend and participate in all scheduled team meetings and group supervisions.
Maintain necessary CEUs needed within 2 year renewal period
Attend and participate in our fundraising events
Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of the group practice.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients utilizing various therapeutic approaches.
Maintain a minimum caseload of 25-28 clients per week.

Must hold a current LCPC or LCSW licensure.
Must hold current Malpractice Insurance w/ Genesis as an additionally insured
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, professionals, colleagues, and families.
Willingness to collaborate with others, clinical experience, receptive to feedback from supervisors, commitment to underserved communities are required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Must be available to work a minimum of three evenings per week. Alternatively, you may work two evenings per week until 9 pm and on Saturdays.
Must be present in the office for 35 hours per week, including marketing tasks.

Salary: 1099 Contractual

Must complete all required training i.e., HIPAA, Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment

Must hold an LPC or LSW licensure.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, professionals, colleagues, and family.

Must be available to work a minimum of three evenings per week. Alternatively, you may work two evenings until 9 pm and on Saturdays.
